For many of you loyal followers who have been following my most recent dilemma “what should I wear to this wedding?” I have one simple piece of advice:

It’s always better to be a bit on the “dressier” side than on the casual side. I was floored by how varied the attire was at this wedding my husband and I recently attended. Everything from long gowns, black cocktail dresses, silk flowing pants, Channel Suits … down to a simple cotton skirt, worn with an everyday t-shirt and flat sneakers! I was shocked.

Guess who looked out-of-place? You don’t go to a fancy estate for a beautiful wedding and dress like it’s an everyday picnic.
