“What Worked, What Didn’t” is the subject matter which I’ll be sharing at this years catalog conference. Herschell Gordon Lewis, the character and legend within the direct mail industry that I met back in 1996, will be chairing the panel. I met Herschell back in 1996, when we sought Herschell’s advice, and now, 9 years later, I’ll be sharing the podium as one of his panelists. I’m a bit nervous (the art of public speaking is still something I’m trying to master).
