Shhhhh ... Secrets to our success: partner with the best

You know what I love about owning an Internet company that represents over 650 different types of clients? We are privy to some really interesting technology. We are often able to recommend other service companies that can women-entrepreneur-resources.jpghelp our clients reach their maximum potential.

I am referring, specifically, to four different companies that provide a very valuable service.

#1 DHL Global Mail’s partnership with DHL Global Mail has made an incredible difference in conversion rates for catalogers. When a consumer requests a catalog from, the “lead” is automatically sent to the DHL fulfillment center. Within 24 hours, the catalog that was just requested is mailed and in the hands of the eager shopper in a few days. Unlike waiting 3-6 weeks for typical catalog delivery -- which drastically reduces the likelihood of a sale -- DHL is able to cost-effectively mail the catalogs. This, in turn, increases revenue for the catalog companies.

It truly is one of our most prized relationships.

DHL Global Mail’s mission is to help high-volume mailers save up to 60% shipping costs without compromising delivery performance or tracking. They offer speed and savings, with an industry-leading on time rate. DHL connects catalogers with customers across the U.S. and in 220 other countries.

Excellent post -- the partners in my current success are the people I used to share an office with. My primary rule is to never burn bridges in business. Now I have a vast source of expertise to call upon, and I don't ever have to say "I can't do that." I always can, because I always KNOW someone who can.
