Say goodbye to germs with high tech kitchen gadgets from Horchow catalog
I don’t like germs. Especially if they’re lurking around on my food. Before I sit down to lunch I double wash my grapes, lettuce, tomatoes and every other fruit and vegetable that’s going anywhere near my mouth. It’s no picnic. I hate germs, but I love gadgets, so this Nano Ultraviolet Disinfection Scanner from Horchow is the perfect gift. It makes all of my fruits and veggies completely germ free by sanitizing my kitchen countertops, plus I have a new hi tech gadget to play with while I’m mincing and dicing.
This light weight cell phone-sized portable scanner is the next big thing when it comes to kitchen food safety. You can kill germs without toxins in less time than it takes to count from one potato to ten potato. The innovative ultraviolet light technology is proven to safely kill 99.9% of bacterial and viral surface germs after a ten second scan on any surface.
DID YOU KNOW? The ice machines in fast food restaurants harbor more bacteria than the water in your toilet. So in essence, dogs who drink from toilet bowls enjoy healthier Big Gulps than humans do.
But don’t keep your scanner tied to the kitchen sink. The Nano UV Disinfection Light Scanner also works for office, home or travel, eliminating 99.99% of bacteria, mold, fungus and virus surface contaminants from virtually any type of surface to promote better health in a more germ-free environment. Disinfect your computer keyboards and cell phones, sanitize your toothbrushes, contact lens solution, eye glasses, shoes, bathroom fixtures, toilet seats and all of those other nasty germ collecting surfaces.
It’s easy to use, fits in the palm of your hand and disperses the same type of UV light used by hospitals to sterilize surgical rooms. Simply flip the unit open, click the ten second auto-timer button, give it a quick ten second sweep and ta da! You’re germ free.
Features:
- 7″L x 4″W x 2″T
- Uses two AAA batteries (included)
- Price: $80

Got something to say?

Great topic. Please be mindful of your cell phone too. Cell phones have been reported to cause many skin rashes and there has been findings that the average cell phone carries more germs than a public toilet seat (per square inch).
Keep your cell phone clean because they come close to your mouth and ears several times a day and can serve as a vehicle for germs to enter your body.
