I love getting my money’s worth. If there’s a sale or a deal online, I’m on it. I’m totally on this Smocked Tulip Dress from Carabella. It’s gorgeous, perfect for summer, and you can wear it either as a skirt or a dress! How’s that for getting some bang for my buck?!
