Instead of bringing fireworks and a six-pack of beer to this year’s 4th of July festivities, I’m showing up wearing this Patriot Adult Mascot Costume from Anderson’s Spirit! What better way to show my undying love and loyalty for my country than to show up on my friends’ lawns screaming “The British are coming, the British are coming!!?”
It’s an expensive get-up at $749, but think of all the Halloween and Fourth of July fun I’ll have over the next decade…and if the New England Patriots make it to the Superbowl again next year, I’ll totally be set. Plus this adult mascot costume is flame-retardant and has a battery operated fan in the head so I won’t sweat to death. Happy Birthday to you America.
