The word Margarita rolls off the tongue and its flavor it’s sure to please it. Tequila lovers will love this drink with lime juice and possibly a little salt on the rim of the margarita glass for a sexy twist. Margaritas can be made to serve more than one at a time and presented in a festive pitcher for party guests.
The Mojito requires only a few basic ingredients including rum, club soda and lime juice typically combined with a sweet and sour mix.
A mimosa is one of the most common mixed drinks served for brunch and is easily produced by mixing equal parts champagne with orange juice. A mimosa is served in a champagne flute.

Not for the faint of heart, this tall glass of tea-colored beverage is strong and combines a variety of strong liqueurs such as tequila, rum, gin and vodka. Long Island Iced-Tea actually doesn’t have any tea in it – the color comes from a splash of cola.
4. Mint Julep
The simple mint julep is an easy cocktail to prepare and starts with Bourbon whiskey mixed with lime juice, club soda, a bit of sugar and, of course, mint leaves.

The Daiquiri’s rum and lime juice combination makes it a favorite amongst the most common mixed drinks. Daiquiris often come a variety of flavors, including the popular strawberry and less common mango. A daiquiri is often served in a margarita glass.
A Manhattan is made by straining a whiskey mixture over a cherry in a chilled old fashion glass. For added flavor, twist an orange peel over the drink to release the fruit oils. Serve a Manhattan in a rocks glass. A Manhattan served “straight up” is poured into a chilled martini glass.
