My favorite smoothie is a blueberry banana

    1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

    1/2 banana

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

    1/2 cup apple juice

    about 6 ice cubes

Blend. I also add a cap ful of Alive vitamin (liquid form).

With this recipe you can also throw in strawberries, peaches, mangos and it makes it a Banana Berry Smoothie. Apples make anything sweet. You can also add a few spinach leaves for added vitamins (and never taste the spinach). Although the more fruit the thicker it will be. It helps to add more juice or ice. ENJOY!
