10. Fix little things
Pay attention to the little things that you may not even notice anymore but which potential home buyers will. If the driveway is cracked then fix it. An oil stained driveway is unattractive so clean it up with a garage and driveway stain remover. Yes, there is a lot of work entailed in improving the curb appeal of your home but don’t despair. It will pay off in the end when you get the price you want (or more!) for your home.
