“No Stove” Super Easy Fudge

Ingredients
1 package of semi-sweet chocolate (12 oz of chocolate chips)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Place chocolate chips in milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave again. Repeat until chocolate has completely melted and your mixture is smooth. Pour into a buttered or greased pan and let cool. Cut into squares and serve.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Ingredients
1 cup of salted peanuts (chopped)
2 cups of milk chocolate (chopped or chips)
2 cups of peanut butter chips

Instructions
Melt 1 3/4 cups of the milk chocolate and all of the peanut butter chips in a large sauce pan over low heat. Stir frequently until smooth. Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. Remove the chocolate peanut butter mixture and stir in remaining chocolate. Stir in peanuts, then spread mixture on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Break into pieces and serve.
