Glasses for Your Face

When talking about choosing the right glasses for your face, there are a couple of factors you have to keep in mind.
The first factor is the shape of your face. There are four individually recognized face shapes. The first shape is oval. An oval face is recognized as one that has pretty balanced features all the way around, but a chin that is narrower than the forehead. The second shape is that of a round face. When someone is said to have a round face it means that they have a soft circular shape that has the same length and width all the way around. The heart shaped face comes complete with a narrower jawline and chin but a broader forehead. Finally, there is the square face, with has strong, well-defined angles in the forehead, jawline and cheeks.
Once you have decided which face shape you are, you can then use one of the pairs of glasses, the best of the best, to adorn your face.

10. Oakley Servo
These black plastic frames have a mostly square look to them. They sit nicely on someone who has an oval face. You can find other glasses that look quite a bit like them, if you don’t want to drop more than $160 on frames alone.
9. Brundidge Tortoiseshell
Another pair that works quite nicely with the oval face is the Brundidge Tortoiseshell frames. These also have a little bit of a square look to them, but they are also a bit more oval.
8. Rayban Crankcase
The Rayban Crankcase is yet another set of glasses that look best on an oval face. These can actually be made into prescription sunglasses so you look great in the summer months as well.
7. The Oakley Bottle Rocket
The Bottle Rocket glasses will sit on a round face better than they will for any other face shape. Obviously these look best when they are prescription sunglasses, but you can get regular frames as well.
6. Maui Jim’s Baby Beach
If you have a heart shaped face, then one of the top pair of glasses to go with is going to be Maui Jim’s Baby Beach style. The oval frames work well when being put on a heart shaped face.
5. Rayban RB3477
This particular style doesn’t have a real fancy name, but it fits well on faces that have heart shapes. These can either be regular glasses or they can be prescription sunglasses with light brown lenses.
4. Oakley OX8027
Another style that doesn’t have a name, so much as a number but that doesn’t mean that the OX8027 isn’t one of the best pair of glasses out there. These are going to look best if they are on a heart shaped face.
3. Oakley Halfshock
While the Halfshock is going to look best on a square face, these glasses really look good no matter who is wearing them. The simplicity of the design is what really makes them so nice looking.
2. Maui Jim Sand Island
Another Maui Jim style that will work best when put on a square face, but there are plenty of other shapes that can make this particular style look really, really good.
