2. How can I mail in an order?

If you prefer to order off-line, you can mail in order by downloading the Order Form here and mailing it to:

3. When will I receive my order?

Please allow between 6 and 8 business days for your order to arrive. In addition to our regular delivery, there are several options to choose from:

Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. EST will be considered the next business day. If an item is not in stock we will notify you when to expect delivery.

4. How do I apply a promotional code?

Once you begin the checkout process you will be asked to enter any promotional discount. Your discount will appear in the Order Summary and each item on your order will be prorated. Offers and discounts cannot be combined and are not valid for previous purchases.

5. How do I change or cancel my order?

You are able to change or cancel your order after you place it only if the order has not been picked and packed for shipping. If you would like to make a change, call Customer Service at 1-888-430-5711. Customer Service is open 9AM-9PM (EST) Monday-Friday. Please have your order number available.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with any Appleseed’s item, we’ll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition. All clearance items (price ending in $.97) are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you do return it, you will not be refunded for the item or shipping cost.

For products returned within 60 days of when they were shipped, refunds will be made in your original form of payment.

For products returned between 60 and 180 days of when they were shipped, you will receive store credit which will be good toward a future purchase at Appleseed’s.

If you received the merchandise as a gift and return it requesting a refund, you will receive store credit to be used on a future purchase with Appleseed’s.

If you request an exchange for an item(s) that is higher priced, your original method of payment may be charged additional shipping and handling according to our rate chart. See your

order form or our website for rates.

Any merchandise not covered by this policy will clearly state the exemption on its product page located at appleseeds.com.
